     Penelope Frances Dyson was born on 30 January 1849 at Cricklade, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Francis Dyson.1 She married, firstly, Charles Berners Jarrett, son of Herbert Newton Jarrett, on 18 July 1867.1 She married, secondly, Richard Potenger Peregrine Bingham on 16 May 1891.1 She married, thirdly, Richard Myddelton, son of Colonel Robert Myddelton-Biddulph and Francis Mostyn-Owen, on 31 October 1903.1 She died on 1 September 1936 at age 87 at Kensington, London, EnglandG.1
     From 18 July 1867, her married name became Berners Jarrett.1 From 16 May 1891, her married name became Bingham.1 From 31 October 1903, her married name became Myddelton-Biddulph.1
