     Pauline Kay Crispin was born on 2 August 1932.2 She was the daughter of Clarence Adley Crispin.1 She married Jack Ashley, Baron Ashley of Stoke, son of John Ashley and Isabella Bridge, in 1951.1 She died on 28 July 2003 at age 70, from a heart attack.2
     From 1951, her married name became Ashley.1 She was a political campaigner.2 As a result of her marriage, Pauline Kay Crispin was styled as Baroness Ashley of Stoke on 10 July 1992.
