     Sarah Grattan was born in 1756.1 She was the daughter of John Grattan and Hannah Colley.2,3 She married George Taylor in 1809.1 She died in 1826, without issue.1
      From 1809, her married name became Taylor.

     He fought in the Peninsular Wars, where he was wounded twice.1 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the Connaught Rangers.1 He lived at Kilcullen, County Kildare, Ireland.1
