     Ann Augusta Cardamine Chance is the daughter of Edgar Percival Chance.2 She married Michael Francis Pakenham Kingham, son of Geoffrey Charles Kingham and Daphne Eliot Araminta Pakenham, on 15 March 1958.1
     From 15 March 1958, her married name became Kingham.

     Richard James Pakenham was born on 1 August 1861.1 He was the son of George Dent Pakenham and Elizabeth Hume.2 He married Sarah Llewellyn Dillwyn, daughter of L. L. Dillwyn, in 1887.1 He died on 29 November 1923 at age 62.1
     He gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the 9th Battalion, South Wales Borderers.1

     He gained the rank of Bandsman in the 131st Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force.1
