     Sarah Hamilton was born illegitimately. She was the daughter of Frederick Hamilton, 3rd Viscount Boyne and Bridget Mooney.1 She and Sir John Stuart Hamilton, 1st Bt. obtained a marriage license on 20 November 1770.1 She died, without surviving issue.1
