     Francis Ogilvy of Newgrange is the son of James Ogilvy, 5th Lord Ogilvy of Airlie and Jean Forbes.1 He married by contract, firstly, Helen Gardin, daughter of David Gardin of that Ilk, in 1592.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Adamson before 1633.1
     In 1631 accussed of molesting Sir Harie Wood od Bonytown.1
