     Blanche Preston is the daughter of Charles Arthur Preston and Miriam Alleyne.1 She married, firstly, Arthur Fitzpatrick, son of Rt. Hon. Sir Charles Fitzpatrick, on 6 September 1916.1 She married, secondly, George Blaikie in 1941.1
     She was appointed Commander, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.)1 From 6 September 1916, her married name became Fitzpatrick.1 From 1941, her married name became Blaikie.1
