     Sir John William Honywood, 8th Bt. was born on 15 April 1857.¹ He was the son of Sir Courtenay Honywood, 7th Bt. and Annie Maria Paynter.² He married Zaidée Emily Iseulte Bodychan-Sparrow, daughter of John Bodychan Bodychan-Sparrow, on 22 August 1877.¹ He died on 17 June 1907 at age 50.¹
     He succeeded to the title of 8th Baronet Honywood, of Evington, co. Kent [E., 1660] on 17 April 1878.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 2nd Derbyshire Militia.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Engineers Kent Yeomanry.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.¹

     Philip Courtenay Honywood was born on 16 July 1858.¹ He was the son of Sir Courtenay Honywood, 7th Bt. and Annie Maria Paynter.² He died on 14 July 1902 at age 43, unmarried.¹

     Arthur Honywood was born on 17 November 1860.¹ He was the son of Sir Courtenay Honywood, 7th Bt. and Annie Maria Paynter.² He died on 27 July 1880 at age 19 at Kushk-i-Nakhud, Afghanistan, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 66th Foot.¹ He fought in the Afghan War.¹

     Cecil Robert Honywood was born on 27 December 1862.¹ He was the son of Sir Courtenay Honywood, 7th Bt. and Annie Maria Paynter.² He died in 1925.¹
