     Rosemary Ann Pain is the daughter of Reverend John Pain.2 She married Sir David Collingwood Hughes, 14th Bt., son of Sir Richard Edgar Hughes, 13th Bt. and Angela Lilian Adelaide Pell, on 14 March 1964.1
     She graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 She was a practising solicitor.1 She graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 She held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 From 14 March 1964, her married name became Hughes.

     Sir Thomas Collingwood Hughes, 15th Bt. was born on 16 February 1966.2 He is the son of Sir David Collingwood Hughes, 14th Bt. and Rosemary Ann Pain.2 He married Marina Louise Barbour, daughter of Richard Barbour and unknown Rodgers, in 1996.2
     He graduated in 2003 with a Master of Science (M.Sc.)2 He lived Member, Royal College of Physicians, London (M.R.C.P.)2 He graduated with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)2 He was a hospital consultant.2 He succeeded as the 15th Baronet Hughes, of East Bergholt, co. Suffolk [G.B., 1773] on 13 May 2003.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 2020.3

     Maj.-Gen. Sir David John Hughes-Morgan, 3rd Bt. was born on 11 October 1925.1 He was the son of Sir John Vernon Hughes-Morgan, 2nd Bt. and Lucie Margaret Jones-Parry.2 He married Isabel Jean Blacklock Gellatly Milne Lindsay, daughter of John Milne Lindsay, on 31 March 1959.1 He died on 15 July 2006 at age 80.3
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was a practising solicitor in 1950.1 He was Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) ) in 1961.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Hughes-Morgan, of Penally in the County of Pembroke [U.K., 1925] on 13 January 1969.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1973.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier between 1976 and 1978 in the Legal Staff HQ, UKLF.1 He was Director of the Army Legal Services, BAOR between 1978 and 1980.1 He was Director of the Army Legal Services, MOD between 1980 and 1984.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1983.1 He held the office of Recorder between 1983 and 1986.1 He retired from the military in 1984, with the rank of Major-General, late of the Army Legal Corps.1 He held the office of Circuit Judge, South-East Circuit between 1986 and 1998.1 He lived in 2003 at Chorleywood Lodge, Rickmansworth Road, Chorleywood, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1

     Isabel Jean Blacklock Gellatly Milne Lindsay was the daughter of John Milne Lindsay.2 She married Maj.-Gen. Sir David John Hughes-Morgan, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Vernon Hughes-Morgan, 2nd Bt. and Lucie Margaret Jones-Parry, on 31 March 1959.1 She died in 1994.
     Isabel Jean Blacklock Gellatly Milne Lindsay usually went by her middle name of Jean.1 From 31 March 1959, her married name became Hughes-Morgan.
