     Mary Gertrude Jones was the daughter of E. Madoc Jones.2 She married Charles Julius Johnstone, son of Reverend Vanden Bempdé Johnstone and Louisa Scarth, on 22 December 1885.1 She died on 29 April 1930.1
      From 22 December 1885, her married name became Johnstone.

     Charles Arthur Johnstone was born on 6 April 1887.1 He was the son of Charles Julius Johnstone and Mary Gertrude Jones.2 He died on 18 June 1925 at age 38.1
     He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He fought in the First World War.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1
