     Reginald Augustus Levinge was born on 7 October 1883.1 He was the son of Sir William Henry Levinge, 9th Bt. and Emily Judith Sutton.2 He married Evelyn Mary Robeson, daughter of Reverend H. E. Robeson, on 5 November 1925.1 He died on 24 May 1953 at age 69.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Wicklow Artillery.1 He fought in the First World War, he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Observer Corps.1

     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of officer in the 17th Battalion, 1st Australian Imperial Force.1
