     Charles Maximilien Marie Joseph Graaf de Lannoy was born on 12 September 1828 at Brussels, Belgium.1 He was the son of Gustave Ferdinand Guillaume Graaf de Lannoy and Marie Josèphe Charlotte Albertine Gravin van der Noot d'Assche.1 He married Marie Emma Pauline Anne, Comtesse du Parc on 31 May 1862 at Brussels, Belgium.1 He died on 13 May 1919 at age 90 at Brussels, Belgium.1
