Frederick Graham Curzon was born on 5 March 1868. He was the son of Richard William Penn Curzon-Howe, 3rd Earl Howe and Isabella Maria Katherine Anson. He married Minnie Ellis Gertrude Jeffreys, daughter of Captain Dodsworth Jeffreys, on 11 September 1894. He and Minnie Ellis Gertrude Jeffreys were divorced in 1903. He died on 4 November 1920 at age 52.

She married Frederick Graham Curzon, son of Richard William Penn Curzon-Howe, 3rd Earl Howe and Isabella Maria Katherine Anson, on 11 September 1894.
