     Sir Patrick Macgregor, 1st Bt. was the son of James Macgregor and Margaret Grant.2 He married Bridget Glenny on 12 November 1806.1 He died on 17 July 1828.1
     He held the office of Serjeant-Surgeon to HM King George IV.1 He was personal surgeon to HRH Duke of York (later King William IV.)1 He was created 1st Baronet MacGregor, of Savile Row, co. Middlesex [U.K.] on 17 March 1828.1

Bridget Glenny1

     Bridget Glenny married Sir Patrick Macgregor, 1st Bt., son of James Macgregor and Margaret Grant, on 12 November 1806.1 She died on 24 July 1863.1
     Daughter and heiress of James Glenny.1 She lived Quebec.1 Her married name became Macgregor.

Sir William Macgregor, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir William Macgregor, 2nd Bt. was born on 14 March 1817.1 He was the son of Sir Patrick Macgregor, 1st Bt. and Bridget Glenny.2 He died on 29 March 1846 at age 29, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet MacGregor, of Savile Row, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1828] on 17 July 1828.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 92nd Highlanders.1

Sir Charles Macgregor, 3rd Bt.1

     Sir Charles Macgregor, 3rd Bt. was born on 8 November 1819.1 He was the son of Sir Patrick Macgregor, 1st Bt. and Bridget Glenny.2 He married Eliza Catherine Jeffreys, daughter of John Jeffreys, on 2 October 1845.1 He died on 12 October 1879 at age 59.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet MacGregor, of Savile Row, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1828] on 29 March 1846.1 He was Rector at Swallow, Lincolnshire, England.1 He held the office of Rural Dean of Lincoln.1

     Bridget Margaret Macgregor was the daughter of Sir Patrick Macgregor, 1st Bt. and Bridget Glenny.2 She married, firstly, Reverend Joseph Sortain on 10 September 1833.1 She married, secondly, Charles Reginald Buller on 31 August 1869.1 She died on 18 August 1885.1
     From 10 September 1833, her married name became Sortain. From 31 August 1869, her married name became Buller.1

Reverend Joseph Sortain1

     Eliza Catherine Jeffreys was the daughter of John Jeffreys.2 She married Sir Charles Macgregor, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Patrick Macgregor, 1st Bt. and Bridget Glenny, on 2 October 1845.1 She died on 4 May 1887.1
     From 2 October 1845, her married name became Macgregor.

     Sir William Gordon Macgregor, 4th Bt. was born on 11 September 1846.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Macgregor, 3rd Bt. and Eliza Catherine Jeffreys.2 He married Alice Gulliver, daughter of Captain unknown Gulliver, on 5 April 1903.1 He died on 14 June 1905 at age 58, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet MacGregor, of Savile Row, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1828] on 12 October 1879.1
