     He was a farmer at Sharon Springs, New York, U.S.A..1

     James Wallace MacIntyre of Glenoe was born on 17 June 1922 at Canajoharie, New York, U.S.A..1 He was the son of Donald MacIntyre and Catherine Mary Hughes.2 He married Marion Edith Williams on 3 March 1951.1 He died on 22 May 1994 at age 71.1
     He held the position of Chief of the Name and Arms of MacIntyre in 1991.2 He was recognised by the Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Office in 1991.1
