     Ian MacIntyre of Camus na h'Erie was born in 1869.1 He was the son of Duncan MacIntyre of Camus na h'Erie and Marion Martin.2 He married Ida van der Gucht, daughter of Dr. unknown van der Gucht, in 1896.1 He died after 1930.1
     He was educated at Fettes College, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for West Edinburgh.1 He also had four daughters.1

     Major Alastair MacIntyre of Camus na h'Erie was born on 20 December 1913 at Midlothian, Scotland.1,2 He was the son of Ian MacIntyre of Camus na h'Erie and Ida van der Gucht.3 He married Margery Constance Grant-Morris on 4 September 1939.1,2 He died in March 1979 at age 65 at Taunton, Somerset, England.1,2
     He was educated at Fettes College, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He was educated at Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Scots.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was a broadcaster with BBC Scotland.1 He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court in 1955.1
