     Donald MacDonald was born on 10 June 1901.1 He was the son of Collin MacDonald and Margaret Gillies.2 He married Margaret MacCormack on 2 May 1934.1 He died on 4 December 1977 at age 76.1

     Ranald Alasdair Macdonald of Keppoch, 28th Chief of Macdonald of Keppoch was born on 19 February 1930.1 He is the son of Donald MacDonald and Margaret MacCormack.2 He married Margaret Houston Gow.1
     He held the position of 28th Chief of the Name and Arms of Macdonald of Keppoch.1 Mac-‘ic-Raonuill.1 He was educated at St. Mungo's Academy, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.1 He was with the Royal Air Force England in Malaya, and Scotland.1 He was a recording artist for Highland songs.1 He was decorated with the award of the Cunninghame Beattie Award in 1960.1 In 1960 GSM, FSA(Scot), FSHAA , MRSH.1 He was a Consultant Audiologist at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.1 He lived in 2003 at 122 Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 On 30 January 2004 he was recognised by the Inner House of the Court of Session (reversing a decision of Lord Lyon).1

     Alexander MacDonald was born circa 1783.1 He was the son of Donald MacDonald and Margaret Kennedy in Leanachan.2 He married Catherine Macdonald before 1821.1 He died in 1867.1
     He was a cattle dealer and drover at Inverroy, Scotland.1

     Donald 'an Drobhair' MacDonald was born circa 1826.1 He was the son of Alexander MacDonald and Catherine Macdonald.2 He married Christine Macdonald.1
      ‘Of the Drover.1' In 1858 he spoke to George Borrow, author of Travels in the Highlands, about the chiefship.1
