Ranald Alasdair Macdonald of Keppoch, 28th Chief of Macdonald of Keppoch was born on 19 February 1930.1 He is the son of Donald MacDonald and Margaret MacCormack.2 He married Margaret Houston Gow.1
He was served Royal Air Force England, Malaya, Scotland.1 He was educated St Mungo's Acad Glasgow.1 Also recording artist Highland songs.1 Consultant Audiologist, Glasgow and Edinburgh.1 Mac-‘ic-Raonuill.1 He held the position of 28th Chief of the Name and Arms of Macdonald of Keppoch.1 He was decorated with the award of the Cunninghame Beattie Award in 1960.1 In 1960 GSM, FSA(Scot), FSHAA , MRSH.1 He lived in 2003 at 122 Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 On 30 January 2004 so recognised by the Inner House of the Court of Session (reversing a decision of Lord Lyon).1
