     Chichester Macdonald was the son of Alexander Macdonald and Mary (?).2 He died in 1813, unmarried.1
     He was Lieutenant Butler's Rangers, served Peninsular War with 82nd and 34th Regts, Col, present at Corunna.1

      4th of Culachie.1 He was fought in Uprising, later Captain in French army, settled in America, served as Captain 84th Royal Highland Emigrant Regiment in American War in 1745.1
