     Elizabeth Sophia Timmins was the daughter of Captain Charles S. Timmins.2 She married Vice-Admiral Sir John Macdougall, 25th of Dunollie and of Lorn, son of Patrick MacDougall, 24th of Dunollie and of Lorn and Louisa Maxwell Campbell, on 22 August 1826.1 She died on 8 June 1881.1
     From 22 August 1826, her married name became MacDougall.

     Alexander John MacDougall, 26th of Dunollie and of Lorn was born in 1827.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir John Macdougall, 25th of Dunollie and of Lorn and Elizabeth Sophia Timmins.2 He married Anna Barclay, daughter of Thomas Barclay, on 4 July 1867.1 He died in August 1867, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Artillery.1

Charles Allan MacDougall, 27th of Dunollie and of Lorn was born in 1831.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir John Macdougall, 25th of Dunollie and of Lorn and Elizabeth Sophia Timmins.2 He married Harriet Elizabeth Munro, daughter of Charles Hale Munro and Mary Jane Macdougall, on 28 October 1886.1 He died on 6 July 1896, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Bengal Staff Corps.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Argyllshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) for Argyllshire.1

     Henry Robert Lawrence MacDougall, 28th of Dunollie and of Lorn was born in 1835.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir John Macdougall, 25th of Dunollie and of Lorn and Elizabeth Sophia Timmins.2 He married Caroline Harriette Forsyth, daughter of James Forsyth of Glengorm, in 1871.1 He died on 9 February 1899.1
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was with the Bombay Medical Service.1 He was Deputy Surgeon-General [Bombay].1

     Sophia Elizabeth MacDougall was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir John Macdougall, 25th of Dunollie and of Lorn and Elizabeth Sophia Timmins.2 She married Sir Angus Campbell of Dunstaffnage, 2nd Bt. in September 1852.1 She died in June 1857, without issue.1
     From September 1852, her married name became Campbell.
