     William Robert La Touche was born on 30 June 1810.1 He was the son of Peter La Touche and Hon. Charlotte Maude.1 He married Ellen Henn, daughter of William Henn, on 13 July 1867.1 He died on 17 January 1892 at age 81, without issue.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He was educated at Exeter College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Wicklow.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Leitrim.1 He lived at Bellvue, County Wicklow, Ireland.1
