     Sir John Skene, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir James Skene of Curriehill, 1st Bt. and Janet Johnston.1 He died at Germany, without issue.1
     He sold Curriehill in 1607.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Skene, of Curriehill [N.S., 1630] in 1633.1

     Sir George Skene of Rubislaw was born in 1619.2 He was the son of David Skene of Potterton and Claris Seaton.1 He died on 9 April 1707.2 He was buried at St. Nicholas Church, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.2
     He held the office of Provost of Aberdeen.1
