C. Fenton, on 18 October 1842.1 He married Louisa Henrietta Carter, daughter of Reverend Thomas Carter, in January 1854.1 He died on 2 February 1890 at age 79.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Ceylon Rifles.1 He lived at Windsor, Berkshire, England.1
