     Anthony Morris Storer was born on 12 March 1746.2 He was the son of Thomas S. Storer and Helen Guthrie.1 He died on 28 June 1799 at age 53 at Hotwells, Bristol, Gloucestershire, England, unmarried.2 He was buried on 7 July 1799 at St. Mary the Virgin, Purley-on-Thames, Berkshire, England.2
     He was educated between 1754 and 1764 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated in 1764 at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Carlisle between 1774 and 1780.2 He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.) in 1777.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Morpeth between 1780 and 1784.2 He purchased Purley Park circa 1794.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) for Berkshire in 1797.3
