     Niall Barrington Piers was born in 1984.¹ He is the son of Charles Barrington Piers and Judy Melanie Pamela Fuller.²

     Reverend Samuel Octavius Piers was born on 23 February 1869.¹ He was the son of Thomas Tristram Piers and Charlotte Mary Tristram.² He married Mabel Marion Smith, daughter of G. Smith, on 17 October 1901.¹ He died on 13 November 1940 at age 71.¹
     He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Gordon Highlanders.¹ He was Senior Chaplain of the Madras Regiment.¹

     G. Smith lived at Ipswich, Suffolk, England.¹

     Mabel Marion Smith was the daughter of G. Smith.² She married Reverend Samuel Octavius Piers, son of Thomas Tristram Piers and Charlotte Mary Tristram, on 17 October 1901.¹ She died on 28 December 1951.¹
      From 17 October 1901, her married name became Piers.¹

     Charles Stuart Tristram Piers was born on 17 January 1920.¹ He was the son of Reverend Samuel Octavius Piers and Mabel Marion Smith.² He died on 21 March 1941 at age 21, as a result of enemy action.¹
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy.¹

     Violet Marion Piers is the daughter of Reverend Samuel Octavius Piers and Mabel Marion Smith.² She married, firstly, Louis Brown on 1 September 1931.¹ She married, secondly, George Paul on 6 June 1939.¹
      From 1 September 1931, her married name became Brown.¹ From 6 June 1939, her married name became Paul.¹

     Louis Brown married Violet Marion Piers, daughter of Reverend Samuel Octavius Piers and Mabel Marion Smith, on 1 September 1931.¹ He died in 1934.¹

     Jacqueline Evelyn Paul was born in 1940.¹ She is the daughter of George Paul and Violet Marion Piers.^2,1

     Evelyn Helena Piers was the daughter of Reverend Samuel Octavius Piers and Mabel Marion Smith.² She married, firstly, George Damer, son of Timothy Damer, on 22 October 1938.¹ She married, secondly, Robert Owen Fowler in 1972.¹ She died on 19 June 2000.¹
      From 22 December 1938, her married name became Damer.¹ From 1972, her married name became Fowler.¹
