     Sylvestra Blackwell was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Blackwell.2 She married James Monypenny, son of James Monypenny and Mary Gybbon.1 She died on 13 February 1816.1
     Her married name became Monypenny.1

James Monypenny1

     James Monypenny was the son of James Monypenny and Sylvestra Blackwell.2 He married Mary Burt.1 He died on 3 June 1822.1
     He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He lived at Maytham Hall, Rolvenden, Kent, England.1

     Phillips Monypenny was born in 1762.1 He was the son of James Monypenny and Sylvestra Blackwell.2 He married Charlotte Dering, daughter of Sir Edward Dering, 5th Bt., on 13 December 1803 at Lambeth, Surrey, England.1,3 He died in 1841.1
     He graduated from Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Vicar at Hadlow, Kent, England.1 He lived at Maytham Hall, Rolvenden, Kent, England.1 He lived at Hadlow House, Hadlow, Kent, England.1

     From 13 December 1803, her married name became Monypenny.1

     Thomas Monypenny was born in July 1763.1 He was the son of James Monypenny and Sylvestra Blackwell.2 He married Katherine Rutton, daughter of Isaac Rutton, in November 1795.1 He died on 24 September 1814 at age 51.1
     They also had four other sons and three daughters.1 He lived at Broomhill, Rye, Sussex, England.1
