     May Franklin was the daughter of Major Sir James Franklin and n of R-Adml John Franklin.² She married John Price, son of Sir Rose Price, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Lambart, on 12 June 1838.¹ She died on 2 October 1894, aged 80.¹
      From 12 June 1838, her married name became Price.

     John Frederick Price was born on 3 October 1839.¹ He was the son of John Price and May Franklin.² He married Alice Phillips, daughter of Hon. H D Phillips, on 28 April 1863.¹ He died on 12 June 1927 at age 87.¹
     He was Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.).¹ Sir.¹ He was Madras Civil Service in 1862.¹

     Alice Phillips was the daughter of Hon. H D Phillips.² She married John Frederick Price, son of John Price and May Franklin, on 28 April 1863.¹ She died on 29 August 1931.¹

     Frederick William Clarence Price was born on 24 May 1865.¹ He was the son of John Frederick Price and Alice Phillips.² He died on 12 December 1915 at age 50, unmarried.¹

     George Dominic Price was born on 10 November 1867.¹ He was the son of John Frederick Price and Alice Phillips.² He married Alice Frances Tew on 7 December 1918.¹ He died on 27 February 1943 at age 75, as a result of enemy action.¹
     He was dau of Colonel Cyril Blackburne Tew, 15th Regiment.¹ He was Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1918.¹ He was Colonel W Yorkshire Regt, Honour Brigadier-General , served W Coast Africa 1893–94 and WW I (despatches, brevet), Legion Hon, Orders White Eagle Serbia 3rd Cl, St Stanislas 1st Cl, St Vladimir Russia 2nd Cl in 1924.¹

     Alice Frances Tew married George Dominic Price, son of John Frederick Price and Alice Phillips, on 7 December 1918.¹ She died on 27 February 1930.¹
      Widow of V-Adml F C B Robinson.¹ Her married name became Price.

     Thomas Herbert Francis Price was born on 29 June 1869.¹ He was the son of John Frederick Price and Alice Phillips.² He married Lurline May Moses on 14 January 1919.¹ He died on 14 February 1945 at age 75, without issue.¹
     He was dau of Honour Henry Moses, MLC, of Sydney, NSW.¹ He was Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.¹ He was Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1918.¹ He was Colonel 1st Battalion DCLI, Honour Brigadier-General , Tirah campaign, Boer War and WW I (despatches six times) in 1921.¹

     Lurline May Moses married Thomas Herbert Francis Price, son of John Frederick Price and Alice Phillips, on 14 January 1919.¹ She died on 19 August 1959.¹
     She was Royal Welch Fusiliers.¹ She lived Scolton.¹ Pembs.¹ Her married name became Price. She was widow of Major John Arthur Higgon.¹

     Charlotte Mary Emily Price is the daughter of John Frederick Price and Alice Phillips.² She married Major Frederic Philip Smyly, son of Philip Smyly, in 1885.¹
      Her married name became Smyly.
