     Montagu Edmund Parker was born on 22 January 1807.1 He was the son of Montagu Edmund Parker and Harriet Newcombe.1 He died on 1 July 1858 at age 51, without issue.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for South Devon.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Devon in 1849.1
