Laurence Garrett Elkington and Phyllis Amy Vans Agnew, on 26 April 1952.¹ He died on 21 November 2008 at age 91.¹
     He was also known as Michael.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Artillery and Leicestershire Regiment.¹ He fought in the Second World War, in Burma, and was mentioned in despatches.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Samuelson, of Bodicote, Banbury, co. Oxford [U.K., 1884] in 1981.¹

     Katherine Etheldreda Wigan was born on 16 April 1896 at The Red House, Yately, Hampshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Percy Frederick Wigan and Catherine Frances Mary Henslowe.¹ She married Colonel Ronald Playfair St. Vincent Bernard, son of Francis Gumm Bernard and Edith Frances Edwards.¹
     Her married name became Bernard.¹

     Janet Amy Elkington was born in 1932.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Laurence Garrett Elkington and Phyllis Amy Vans Agnew.^3,2 She married Sir Bernard Michael Francis Samuelson, 5th Bt., son of Sir Francis Henry Bernard Samuelson, 4th Bt. and Margaret Kendall Barnes, on 26 April 1952.¹ She died on 26 June 2023.²
     From 26 April 1952, her married name became Samuelson.

     Sir James Francis Samuelson, 6th Bt. was born on 20 December 1956.² He is the son of Sir Bernard Michael Francis Samuelson, 5th Bt. and Janet Amy Elkington.² He married Caroline Anne Woodley in 1987.²
     He was educated at Hailsham Community College, Hailsham, Sussex, England.² He lived in 2003 at 3 Manor Cottages, Buckhorn Weston, Dorset, England.² He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Samuelson, of Bodicote, Banbury, co. Oxford [U.K., 1884] on 21 November 2008.¹
