Antony Gathorne Gathorne-Hardy and Ruth Elizabeth Thorowgood, on 4 October 1963.1 She and Jonathan Gathorne Garthorne-Hardy were divorced in 1977.1
     From 4 October 1963, her married name became Garthorne-Hardy.1
