     John Michael Tedder, 2nd Baron Tedder was born on 4 July 1926.¹ He was the son of Marshal of the RAF Arthur William Tedder, 1st Baron Tedder and Rosalinde Maclardy.² He married Peggy Eileen Growcott, daughter of Samuel George Growcott, on 17 April 1952.¹ He died in 1994.¹
