Captain Henry Almarus Digby was born on 9 February 1843.1 He was the son of Rev. Hon. Kenelm Henry Digby and Caroline Sheppard.1 He married Leonora Sabrina Wasey, daughter of Reverend G. L. Wasey, on 24 September 1874.1 He died on 18 September 1913 at age 70, without issue.1
