     Sir William Wake, 9th Bt. was born on 5 April 1768.1 He was the son of Sir William Wake, 8th Bt. and Mary Fenton.2 He married Mary Sitwell, daughter of Francis Sitwell and Mary Warneford, on 1 July 1790.2 He married, secondly, Jenny Gambier, daughter of Vice-Admiral James Gambier, on 22 April 1793.1 He died on 27 January 1846 at age 77.1
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Wake, of Clevedon, Somerset and Piddington, co. Northampton [E., 1621] on 29 October 1785.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1

     Reverend Richard William Wake was born on 16 July 1775.1 He was the son of Sir William Wake, 8th Bt. and Mary Fenton.2 He married, firstly, Jane Eliza Dunkin, daughter of Sir William Dunkin and Eliza Blacker, on 17 November 1798.1 He married, secondly, Harriet Grattan, daughter of Rt. Hon. Henry Grattan and Henrietta FitzGerald, on 6 April 1836.1 He died on 29 November 1850 at age 75 at Bushy Park, Inniskerry, Ireland.3
     He was Rector at Courteen Hall, Courteenhall, Northamptonshire, England.1
