     Edgar Askin Wiggin was born on 26 November 1867.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Samuel Wiggin, 1st Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Malins.2 He married Emilie Margaret Keen, daughter of Arthur Keen, on 27 March 1906.1 He died on 11 November 1939 at age 71.1
     He was Major and Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel 13th Hussars Boer –1902 cmdg Mtd Inf Regiment (despatches, two brevets), WW I cmdg 5th Mtd Brigade 1914–17 (despatches, Officer Legion Hon), Honour Brig-Gen, High Sheriff 1930 War 1899.1 He was Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) (Warwicks).1 He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He was Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.1
