     Henry Philip Bede Vavasour was born on 9 June 1907. He was the son of Henry Dunstan Vavasour and Bertha Eleanor Mary Redwood. He married, firstly, Rosamond Mary Ridderford, daughter of Vivian Ridderford, on 4 May 1949. He married, secondly, Madeline Hope Brammall, daughter of Ernest John Brammall, on 28 January 1988.1 He died in 1997.2
