     William Williams is the son of William Foel and Margaret Rhydderch.2 He married Margaret Owen, daughter of John Wynn Owen.1
     In 1661 married 2nd Jane, daughter of John Wynn, of Bodewryd, Anglesey, and by her had, with an elder son (John, of Chwaen Isaf, Llantrisaint, Anglesey, d ).1

     Reverend Hugh Williams was born in 1596.1 He was the son of William Williams and Margaret Owen.2 He married Emma Dolben.1 He died on 28 September 1676, with two younger sons (John, d without issue.1
     He was DD, Rector Llantrisaint, Prebendary Bangor and St Asaph.1 David, of Glanalaw, married Anne, daughter and heiress of William Maurice, of Cefn-y-braich) and two daughters (Margaret, married John Owen, of Pen-rhos a son (Richard).1 Dau.1 Margaret).1 He lived Nantanog.1
