     John Humphrey Wakefield Willink was born on 20 April 1898.1 He was the son of John Wakefield Willink and Ruth Agnes Sim.2 He married Mrs. Agnes Marjorie Rowden Myers, daughter of Richard Philip Myers, on 29 October 1937.1 He died on 19 November 1972 at age 74, without issue.1
     He was educated Rugby.1 He was Colonel Coldstream Gds, WW I and WW II, Sec Royal Met Soc, Fell Institute Br Photographers in 1916.1 He was Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1952.1
