William Gregory1

     William Gregory was born in 1819.1 He was the son of Reverend William Gregory and Anne Levinge.2 He died in 1849, drowned while bathing in Lough Ree, near Athlone, unmarried.1
     He was with the Irish Revenue Police.1

Richard Gregory1

     Richard Gregory was born on 31 March 1825.1 He was the son of Reverend William Gregory and Anne Levinge.2 He died on 19 March 1858 at age 32, unmarried.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.1 He fought in the 1st Kaffir War in 1853.1

Henry Charles Gregory1

     Henry Charles Gregory was born on 10 August 1827.1 He was the son of Reverend William Gregory and Anne Levinge.2 He married, firstly, Charlotte Anne Stevenson, daughter of Reverend Charles Butler Stevenson, on 18 July 1861.1 He married, secondly, Alicia Fanny Gambell, daughter of Arthur Gambell and Alicia Frances Fetherstonhaugh, on 8 December 1884.1 He died on 22 July 1918 at age 90.1
     He lived at West Court, Callan, County Kilkenny, Ireland.1

Brig.-Gen. Charles Levinge Gregory1

     Brig.-Gen. Charles Levinge Gregory was born on 22 August 1870 at Callan, County Kilkenny, Ireland.1,2 He was the son of Henry Charles Gregory and Charlotte Anne Stevenson.3,1 He married Irma Sara Harran, daughter of Major Edward Harran, on 30 October 1900.1 He died in 1944 at Exmouth, Devon, England, without issue.1,2
     He was educated at Corrig School, Kingstown, County Dublin, Ireland.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the 19th Bengal Lancers (Fane's Horse.)1 He was Temporary Brigadier-General of the Secunderabad Cavalry Brigade between 1916 and 1919.2 He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in 1918 in the 11th Mounted Brigade, in Palestine.1,2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)2

     Irma Sara Harran was born in 1873 at Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland.2 She was the daughter of Major Edward Harran.3 She married Brig.-Gen. Charles Levinge Gregory, son of Henry Charles Gregory and Charlotte Anne Stevenson, on 30 October 1900.1 She died in 1940 at Aldershot, Hampshire, England.2
     From 30 October 1900, her married name became Gregory.
