     William Grove was the son of William Grove and Elizabeth Leigh.2 He married Susanna Barry, daughter of Philip Barry.2 He died in 1742.2 He was also reported to have died in 1743.2
     He lived at Castle Grove, County Donegal, Ireland, which he built in 1730.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Donegal in 1727/28.2
