     Ellen Rachel Montagu-Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie was born on 26 February 1894. She is the daughter of Francis John Montagu-Stuart-Wortley, 2nd Earl of Wharncliff and Ellen Gallwey. She married Sir Mark Beresford Russell Sturgis, son of Julian Sturgis, on 9 July 1914.
     Her married name became Sturgis.

     Lord Edward William Pelham-Clinton was born on 11 August 1836. He was the son of Henry Pelham Pelham-Clinton, 5th Duke of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Lady Susan Harriet Catherine Hamilton.2 He married Matilda Jane Cradock-Hartopp, daughter of Sir William Edmund Cradock-Hartopp, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mary Keane, on 22 August 1865.1 He died on 9 July 1907 at age 70.
