     Roger Hall was born on 6 November 1791.1 He was the son of Savage Hall and Elizabeth Madden.2 He married Barbara Savage, daughter of Patrick Savage and Anne Hall, on 10 November 1812.1 He died on 17 February 1873 at age 81, without issue.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Armagh in 1815.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Down in 1816.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Down.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Down.1 He lived at Narrow Water, County Down, Ireland.1
