     Lt.-Col. Walter Francis Templer was born on 28 August 1865 at Loughgate, County Armagh, Ireland.1,2 He was the son of Robert Baron Templer and Geraldine Shawe-Taylor.1 He married Mabel Eileen Johnston, daughter of Major Robert Johnston, on 7 November 1895 at Memorial Church, Cawnpore, Bengal, India.1 He died on 18 December 1942 at age 77 at Loughgall, County Armagh, Ireland.2

     Mabel Eileen Johnston was born on 3 February 1877 at India.1,2 She was the daughter of Major Robert Johnston.1 She married Lt.-Col. Walter Francis Templer, son of Robert Baron Templer and Geraldine Shawe-Taylor, on 7 November 1895 at Memorial Church, Cawnpore, Bengal, India.1
     From 7 November 1895, her married name became Templer.1

     From 29 February 1860, her married name became Templer.1

     Francis Manley Shawe-Taylor is the son of William Cunliffe Shawe and Philippa Pole.1 He married Albinia Hester Taylor, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir John Taylor, on 4 April 1825.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Coldstream Guards.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Galway.1 He was given the name of Francis Manley Shawe at birth.1 In 1844 his name was legally changed to Francis Manley Shawe-Taylor by Royal Licence.1
