     Frances Beatrice Lowe was born on 27 August 1913.2 She was the daughter of Elias Avery Lowe and Helen Tracy Porter.2 She married Sir James Edmund Sandford Fawcett, son of Reverend Joseph Fawcett and Edith Annie Scattergood, in 1937 at Pancras, London, England.1 She died in November 2001 at age 88 at Southwark, London, England.2
     From 1937, her married name became Fawcett.1
