     Arthur Sidney Baillieu was born on 27 April 1872.1 He was the son of James George Baillieu and Emma Lawrence Pow.1 He married Ethel Mary Ham, daughter of Hon. David Ham, on 15 November 1899.1 He died on 10 October 1943 at age 71.1
     Arthur Sidney Baillieu was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).1
