She was the daughter of Robert Baron von Pagenhardt and Alexandra Prinzessin zu Ysenburg-Büdingen und Wachtersbach. She married Christian Gustaf Fielfe-Fairwil on 25 December 1914 at Stockholm, Sweden. She and Christian Gustaf Fielfe-Fairwil were divorced in 1931.
     Her married name became Fielfe-Fairwil.
