     Captain George Robert Beadon was born on 25 February 1810.1 He was the son of William Beadon and Martha Anna Hammett.1 He married Sarah Oliver, daughter of William Oliver, on 17 October 1833.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1833 in the Royal Navy.1 He gained the rank of Commander in 1841.1 He retired from the military in 1856, with the rank of Captain.1 He lived at Creechbarrow, West Monkton, Somerset, England.1
