     Dr. Aubrey Gerald Leatham was born on 23 August 1920.1 He was the son of Hugh William Leatham and Kathleen Ella Pelham Burn.1 He married Judith Savile Freer in 1954.1 He died on 7 August 2012 at age 91 at Chichester, Sussex, England.1
     He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was founder of the cardiac department at St. George's Hospital, Hyde Park Corner, London, EnglandG.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)1
