Sir Frederic Collins Hooper, 1st Bt. was born on 19 July 1892 at Bruton, Somerset, England.1 He was the son of Frederic Stephen Hooper and Annie Collins.1 He married, firstly, Eglantine Irene Bland, daughter of Thomas Augustine Bland, in 1918.1 He and Eglantine Irene Bland were divorced in 1945.1 He married, secondly, Prudence Avery Wenham, daughter of Basil Elliott Wenham, after 1945.1 He died on 4 October 1963 at age 71 at Clive House, Connaught Place, Paddington, London, England.1
He was educated at Sexey's School, Bruton, Somerset, England.1 He was educated at University College London, London, England.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Dorset Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was managing director of Schweppes between 1948 and 1963.1 He was appointed Knight in 1956.1 He was created 1st Baronet Hooper in 1962.
