Elizabeth Flower, on 27 November 1838 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1,2 He died on 17 August 1846 at Preston Hall, Maidenhead, Berkshire, England.2
     He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.)1 He held the office of Attorney-General.1
