Miles Francis Stapleton Fitzalan Howard, 17th Duke of Norfolk and Ann Mary Teresa Constable-Maxwell, in 1971.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was admitted to a member of the London Stock Exchange.1 He was a director of Union Discount Company of London between 1983 and 1990.1 He was a director of Rothschild Trust Corporation.1 He lived in 1999 at Burpham Lodge, Burpham, Arundel, Sussex, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Balfour [U.K., 1922] on 27 June 2003.2 He succeeded as the 5th Viscount Traprain, of Whittingehame, East Lothian [U.K., 1922] on 27 June 2003.2
