She was the daughter of Leon Ludwick Sapieha, Prince Sapieha and Joanna Tyszkiewiczowna.1 She married Prince Ferdinand Radziwill, son of Prince Boguslaw Radziwill and Leontyna Gräfin von Clary und Aldringen, on 19 July 1864. She died on 29 January 1929 at age 84 at Rome, Italy.
     Her married name became Radziwill.
